Conference on "Halal Food"

On 18th April, ASM arranged a conference on Halal Food held by the Sheikh Mamadou Sylla, managing director of the religious committee of World Halal Authority, president of the Senegalese community in Italy and imam in different Islamic centres.

During this beneficial meeting the Sheikh started by focusing on the general meaning of the term "Halal" on a religious level and then went deep inside the wide topic of food touching some important aspects, answering questions and solving the doubts arisen among the audience.
